Juices came very nicely packaged and still frozen from being shipped from the East to west coasts! Rise and shine and glow green flavors were fantastic and my ultimate favorites!!... until the 3rd beet-tox and liver cleanse drink. Gagging. Terrible. I just could not get it down. All other juices were good except these two. I was doing great with this cleanse except for the beet juices I had to skip. Even thinking about those juices now makes my stomach curl. I would absolutely give this cleanse 5 stars if it got rid of the beets. I am kicking myself now, Darnit. I wish I would have known about the coconut option when ordering. Would have really like to try the coconut option versus beets. I think I would have liked that much better than beets. I recommend if you put them in the freezer right away after receiving them, then you need to take them out 2-3 days before you are ready to drink as they take longer than expected to unthaw. Ginger shots pack a punch but are do-able and give you that extra morning energy kick. One week after a 3 day cleanse I’m down 6 pounds and holding steady.
