I would like to start by saying if I could give this Brand and Product more stars I would. I had purchased this product after reading multiple reviews on the quality of the taste and flavour. After going on a vacation to Hawaii, I became hooked on Acai bowls and decided I wanted to make it at home. Turns out it's super easy. The first product that I found in store was Sambazon frozen packs. What I didn't like about it was the fact that it had to be kept frozen and different berries had already been mixed into the product. The package was also for only 4 uses. The price quickly adds up for someone to have other berries mixed in. After reading about the Acai berry and how it is processed, I realized that frozen was not necessarily better than powder (I also read up on fresh.... Just don't bother unless you live where they grow). I pulled the trigger as my boyfriend would call it and gave this product a shot. As I mentioned before I was nothing but impressed with the powder. In fact, I prefer it to the frozen because I can adjust the flavour and it is significantly less expensive per serving. Since I can adjust the flavour of how much Acai, it tastes much better. I have read that some products have a chalky taste to it. THIS DOES NOT. Aside from the fresh pineapples in Hawaii, I can't tell the difference between my homemade and restaurant served. I am very pleased. Aside from the product, it should also be noted how amazing this company Feel Good is. They truly care about the product that they produce and the quality. After I had received my acai powder, I received an email from the company saying I hope you like our product, if you have any questions or concerns email us. I'm sure most of us Amazon shoppers have seen this email from other companies that we have purchased from in the past. Once receiving the package, I had noticed that the shelf life of the product was not as long as I thought it would be. I had emailed back to inquire about the shelf life out of curiosity. I quickly received an email back from the founder Brad apologizing for the shelf life and also got a refund. I'm not the type of person that is looking for a free deal. I really like this product aside from the date my package expires (it was in a couple months) so I emailed back saying I wasn't looking to be compensated and I would gladly pay for it. The response I got was, "our policy is that we don't want anyone to pay for something that is not 100% perfect. We appreciate that you were generally happy, but we want to work harder to make sure it is 100% perfect for your next time." How can you not support a brand that is so passionate about their product and keeping their customers happy. What truly sets this company apart from others is that they had removed the size I had purchased off their line to ensure that other customers would not have the same concerns as myself. A refund is a quick fix. To go ahead and address my concerns on the rest of your inventory is dedication. Buy this product. It tastes amazing and Feel Good deserves your business!
