first i ordered the S35 which kept getting stuck at certain places but this one does not get stuck at all. It has very good navigation and bump detection. let me mention the pro's and cons I have a 1100ft condo - review is based on this. I have medium and high pile carpet with wooden floor . I have a toddler at home who make this robo work hard 1. Pros - Very fast at cleaning both vacuum and mopping - Mopping and cleaning at the same time are a boon - very good area separation in maps for mopping vs non-mopping areas - love this feature - love the room partitioning feature , helps separate setting for mopping vs carpet - Lidar based navigation makes is really intellegent to scan and partition areas - i only use water for mopping, use Bona for hardwood after the bot is done say 1-2 times a week. Floor cleaning becomes a 10-15 min job. - Can go over floor vs medium to high pile carpet . side by side, S35 had problems and a difficult time - mopping tank carries a lot of water which is good - Robo rock app lets you separate suction and water setting for different rooms . this is really good 2. cons - the mouisture guard plastic plate gets displaced easily. this goes on the dock but then my doc is placed on a carpet. In case it was placed on hardwood floor this would not be a problem - i saw it getting stuck once where high pile carpet (also it has long fur) , the front rotor brush got stuck and i got an app notificaiton. - also got stuck on the iron board leg once but then it was trying to fight between the slipper plastic moisture guard at the dock and a very close Iron board leg Feel free to ask for more info if you need, i know this is expensive but found it worth the money with 2 to 3 weeks of use Thanks ~Rahul
