Great Warranty Service When you buy a product, you are buying the physical product and also the warranty or support for the product. This review is ONLY about the Lucid Warranty Service I bought this mattress 6 years ago and was comfortable for the first 5 years. During the 6th year a defect appeared. The area of the mattress where I slept developed a depression. Although I rotated the mattress many times during the years, the depression developed to such an extent that I would roll into it and was uncomfortable. I emailed Lucid with the required pictures based on the video I found on their website. Amazon does not allow external links so I cannot post it. I received an email the next day asking for more pictures which I sent. After a few more questions were asked and answered I was informed a new mattress would be sent and it was. From my first email until I received the replacement mattress less than 2 weeks went by, and most of the delays were mine where I did not not respond immediately. I am very pleased with the warranty service.
