I needed a 3000w inverter and really had my mind set on one of the Honda models. In my opinion you can't go wrong with a honda they make an excellent product. The problem is the price. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for but I just really didn't wanna spend 1800 to 2200 on a generator that will maybe get used 50 hours a year. So I did a ton of research online and found champion,Briggs and generac. They all have pretty solid reviews and seem to be be the more reliable brands out of all the China made generators. Long story short the duel fuel option right of the box had me sold. This is just an awesome feature. This generator started right up on propane and gas runs smooth and quiet. In my opinion just as quiet as the Honda 2000 if it's not its very close. Starts my 13500 btu ac after I installed a Hard Start Capacitor. It will put out all 3100 watts on gasoline which is what it's rated for. It's kinda heavy but I knew it would be. I don't love the wheels on the unit I think they should of been a lil bigger and make unit sit up higher off the ground. That is my only complaint tho. Electric Start works great its easy to pull over also. This unit is perfect for me and my family will run our whole rv pretty much just have to pay attention to what's all running at once. Very happy with it so far.
