So there are a bunch of people saying the suction is no good. May I suggest that YOU READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST! The suction area is in a very specific location on the cleaner. You need to tilt the back end of the cleaner up so you can suck up the liquid. You are going to get about half of what you put down which is about right for any carpet cleaning devise. There is nothing wrong with the suction. Cleaning the cleaner is also super easy if again you just read the instructions. I can’t stand it when people leave bad reviews when it’s the user who is clearly at fault. This is a great little cleaner and I highly recommend it.
