These are great inexpensive workout shirts! I am usually a true Large in size with all brands. I read the comments and decided last min to change my original order of large to medium and I’m glad I did. These have the longer arm holes, so if you don’t want that funky bulge near your chest I would recommend size down. They are a loose fitting tank anyways so if you size down it will be the perfect fit (if you like them a little loose but fitted) just for FYI I’m 5’9 177lbs 36D/DD I carry my weight pretty evenly throughout my body if that helps at all
