I've dealt with plantar fasciitis for over 5 years and have had little relief. Dr. prescribed orthotics which were very expensive gave me some relief when worn in 'certain' shoes but of course there was pain when I get up in the morning or in the middle of the night. These little sleeves are amazing!!!! I wear them EVERY NIGHT and most days and I don't have that pain anymore. Not at all! I can't believe the relief and it happened within hours of wearing the sleeves. Why wouldn't doctors recommended it to their patients? Because there is much money to be make in selling orthotics to you or billing your insurance. I was given the uncomfortable the hard, foot wrap to wear at night but it's a pain to wear on both feet every night to boot. The sleeve is not too tight or nor uncomfortable and I am not exaggerating. You'll love yourself for trying out this sleeve.
