I bought this to monitor a car and its drivers for my elementary school. The car is being used to transport a special education student, so I want to know where the car is, how long it is there, and how the drivers are operating. I love this product! It performs exactly as is advertised, and frankly, I think it works better than I would expect with our poor cellular service in rural Vermont. I put it into service on a car with 40 miles on it, and now has 2500 miles. I utilize the GeoFence feature to make sure the car leaves in the morning when it is supposed to -- it even sends me an email to tell me that the car has left or entered the GeoFence area. The data it collects on trips is excellent. I can tell whether the driver is speeding, cornering too fast, braking or accelerating unreasonably. I also can tell how the systems of the car are performing. In every way, I am very, very impressed with how well this works. I can't imagine finding something less expensive. I do pay an extra $25 a year for more frequent data points, so in total, it costs me $100 a year. For the security it gives me and the driver, and the convenience of monitoring vehicle systems, I'd so buy one! If I had a teenager, I would get this for the car.
