I ordered this antenna last fall. Put up in the attic. Reception during the day was Ok but when the sun went down it was sporadic. For a couple of months I communicated with engineers at local TV stations trying to improve the reception. This antenna is located in a highly wooded area wil large trees 80-100 ft tall. I forwarded the technical communication to pingbingding and sent pictures of the install.. They responded with feedback. About a month ago pingbingding asked me if I'd be willing to try a different antenna "free of charge" . I of course accepted. About a week later a different antenna arrived. I put it on a 10' pole outside and the recepetion was great! Signal strength much stronger. The antenna is Model: #WA-2900. and I would highly recommend it if you have a weak signal with your current antenna, pingbringding was great to work with. I had several follow-up questions via email and there response time was excellent.
