The blue ink in our printer hasn't been working for months, we bought 2 new ink cartridges and they both didn't work. Bought this kit and it's fixed! I wasn't able to push the cleaner through, I had to let it soak in. I applied a little bit every couple hours then once it started to clear I used an ultrasonic toothbrush handle to kinda vibrate the cleaning product in. Clog cleared! Don't lose hope if it doesn't work the first time! give it time to do its job!
