I have had these for a few weeks now and I must say that I'm thoroughly impressed with the packaging and quality of these bands. You get everything you see in the product pictures and it is exactly as advertised. There is an instructional pamphlet that details several different exercises possible with these bands with images of the different set ups. The foam bars are sturdy and I had no trouble getting a good workout from using the bands with the bars. You can stack the bands for even more resistance if the single bands aren't cutting it. The instructional pamphlet tells you the varying resistance levels of each bands color, so you'll want to hang onto it. There is a door strap that is also included that can be used for doing more elaborate exercises by using the door as a resistance post. I like that the company has provided a travel bag with a string tightening mechanism for easy storage of the bands when not in use. There isn't really anything I can fault this product on. It is truly a terrific exercise product that will get you results if you put in the effort of using it. A plus is that it is so mobile and compact in the storage bag that I leave it by the television set so that I can get in a little exercise while I am watching TV. When I travel, I'll be sure to pack this item as well for working out while I'm away from home. Get this product today. You won't regret it.
