As a patient with mutliple forms of Lupus, I use A LOT of Turmeric/Ginger Root; I use about 4000/mg per day. Using over-the-counter products found locally, the largest dosage pill is 500/mg, which means I was 8 pills of turmeric, plus 2 pills of ginger root (500/mg); with Medchoice 4-in-1 pills, at 2360mg, means I only need to injest 2 (two!) pills per day instead of 10 pills to acheive the results I need daily. As for the formulation, this product works BETTER than the stuff I bought locally and contributes to my mangement of my illness in a significant way. It really works well. I appreciate, as well, the LARGE bottle because I don;t need to refill nearly as often and it is delivered to my door! I certainly reccomend this product, try it, you may like it too!
