Update 6/3/15 ----- The Secura is still going strong, never had a single problem. As it turns out, the easiest way to clean the layer of burnt milk at the bottom is by rinsing it with water first, then use a napkin / paper towel etc. and wipe the layer off, and now you are ready wash it, (Remember not to put it in the sink). ----- I decided to go with the 'Secura' because of the exceptional customer service, and the 2 year warranty, that really tells me about the quality of the product. *Pros + Machine quality. 5 stars. It's built very well with high quality material. The exterior is Stainless steel, and the interior is a kind of a non-stick finish = easy cleaning. + Froth quality. Excellent froth and very fast operation. Hot and cold options. Hot temperature is perfect for me. + Easy of use. Very straight forward and easy to use. **And, of course, 'Very easy to clean' if you wash immediately after the cycle is done.** + Price. The price (I paid almost 50 bucks) is good, and is actually better than the other options out there. *Cons - You can't submerge it in water when you clean it. - There's always a thin layer of burnt milk on the bottom after each use, (although it could be removed quite easily). I'll update it in a few months on how it lasts. Bottom line: This is a fantastic milk Frother! And believe me.. you're going to end up using it every day!.. I hope this helps.. Thanks for reading :)
