WOW! I was not expecting much from this product but it BLEW ME AWAY. I have tried a primer before, and i was very oily and took forever to dry, NOT THIS PRIMER! I was a little intimidated by the fact it says "hydrating" but do not be fooled! This primer is very hydrating but it is NOT GREASY OR OILY in any way shape or form! It glides on very softly , it is lighter than a makeup foundation. As you continue to rub it in circles the stuff lightens up and absorbs into your skin in less than a minute. there is no shiny residue, and it does not take any more time to dry. it dries instantly! My skin feels like skin, it doesn't feel like skin underneath a layer of cream. this primer is AMAZING for its price
