First, I'm rating this product 4-1/2 stars for quality/fit and what pushes it to the 5th star is the exceptional training booklet provided. Please take the time to read and follow the steps provided, especially those of you with younger pups. My sweetie is 11 going on puppy and loves to eat everything when outside. He needs his freedom, but does not need to be poisoned by something he may get into. He is brilliant and trained, yet high-anxiety by breed and the steps in booklet provided me with a torture free transition into the muzzle within 15 minutes or less. Now he just comes right to me when he sees it in my hand. Also, the seller has great customer support. Update: I forgot to add sizes to help. My dog has an 8" snout/17" neck. He's a bit in between the spectrum of sizes so I chose Large. The neck just fits but the snout is a bit large to restrain his chewing up the forbidden. Hope that helps
