I bought a very large pound of apricot kernels from this seller in hopes of possibly mitigating my prostate cancer. I've read a lot about the on going debate about amigdaline/vitamin B17 and really hope it works. I've only been eating them for a couple of days so there's no way to tell if they help or not. The taste of the kernels is definately bitter, but not unbearably so. They taste just like apple seeds to me. I thoroughly chew about six at a time then wash them down with water. I haven't noticed any side effects at all other a very slight numbness in my mouth right after I chew them up. I paid a couple extra bucks for expedited shipping and they showed up as promised. KUDOS to this seller! Time will tell. Thanks!
