Small, but comfortable
I was looking for an armchair for my bedroom in my NYC apartment, and settled on this one. It's definitely on the small side, but it suits our needs just fine. It's fine for my boyfriend and I; we're both 5'6" and average size, but the sides of my thighs definitely touch the armrests when I'm sitting. (It's cozy.) If you are very tall, or perhaps a bit on the pleasantly plump side, you may want to look for a bigger chair. It's perfect for a smaller space...like any city apartment. The cushions are comfortable and the color is gorgeous - very true to the picture on screen. It's a nice, neutral oatmeal. There's no handle to recline the chair, but it's very easy to recline just by pushing back on the backrest. Assembly was a piece of cake. All you have to do is screw the legs on, then slide the top/backrest piece on the seat part. You don't need any tools. It took us longer to take it out of the box than it did to put it together. I've had a microfiber couch for years, and it cleans up really well. I don't know how this one will hold up - we just received it yesterday - but if our couch is any indication, it should be just fine. Shipping is fast and free (with prime). I can't believe we got this delivered for free! The price is obviously fantastic, but the free shipping really earns it that fifth star. Overall, it's perfect for us, but if you're a bit bigger, or looking for a chair that will swallow you up, you should probably choose something a little larger.
