This does exactly what is it supposed to do, is very easy to clean, and doesn't look unsightly at all. We have a dog, a large hairy man, and a woman with long hair, and this does a good job of catching all the hair so it doesn't go down the drain. Previously we had a Tub Shroom but the drain sleeve cover to our bathtub was unfinished, so it looked really unsightly with the Tub Shroom installed. We also found that the shroom clogged easily, became increasingly difficult to clean over time, eventually stained, and would allow stuff to get past the filter and into our drain, as you could see hair and gunk sticking on the little stopper bar in the drain. By comparison, this covers up the drain hardware so it looks really nice, it super easy to clean and doesn't get gunky, and catches more hair. We've been using it for about 5 months and have had no issues with rusting or corrosion, and it's still as easy to clean as in the beginning. I would without hesitation recommend this product!
