This may seem odd but I bought this to put under the hay of my chickens at night. It's seriously hot and humid where I live and my hens have been miserable. Froze it completely, wrapped it in a wee wee pad and put it under their hay when I put them in their coop for the night. Watched them on the camera and both went straight for that portion of hay. They didn't pant and kept their wings at their sides, closed their eyes, and went to sleep. When I went to get the pad the next morning and it was still cold. Awesome product!
