I love this stuff. I use it every night with my tooth paste works great my teeth got whiter & whiter. Don't use it alone I put too much the first time & i burned my gums. SO i had to let it heal before I started again. Now I put it on my tooth brush first & them I add my tooth paste on top of it. That works great & no burning of my gums. Buying it again & again. Love it
