Bought this in white, size L to use as an LDS temple dress. For reference I'm 5'10" and 170lbs, athletic build. I wanted it to be a little loose so I ordered a L but I probably would've been fine with a M. It's a very stretchy fabric with some good weight to it (almost feels like Modal material), slightly opaque but not a problem if you're wearing a slip. It's pretty heavy so it weighs itself down when I'm wearing it to be even longer than if it was just laying flat. I'm quite tall and it touches the floor for me. The fabric feels cool against my skin, which I like. The sleeves are long enough and the neckline (because it's stretched a little downward from the weight) fits somewhere between a crew neck & scoop neck. It'll work just fine for the temple. I washed it & laid it flat to dry hoping for some shrinkage so I wouldn't have to hem it... no luck (which is good news if you want it to stay the same size, bad news for me being lazy and not wanting to hem it) [Update] FYI This dress wrinkles SO much. I keep a spray bottle in my bag to wet it down and shake out the wrinkles but it's kind of annoying to have to do it every time.
