there are many different hulu. and hulu+ apps. please make sure you are downloading the correct version for the device you are using. this app has been configured to work the best on the kindle fire, if you are downloading it for a device other than a kindle fire you failed to read the title of this app....... hulu plus (kindle fire edition) . it works beautifully on my kindle fire. my husband has a vision tablet and he uses the android tablet version of hulu plus and we use the xbox version for regular Tv viewing. make sure you have the correct app for each device you use and you will be a lot happier with your decision.
