Update: I am way overdue on updating this review, so here goes. I received a response from the company who apologized for the issue and immediately sent a new scale that still works beautifully and has held up to multiple moves and a few more knocks. I am definitely glad I made the purchase and that customer service was exceptional. Update: Although I LOVED my Aria scale, a bottle of nail polish fell on it and the entire glass top scale literally scattered into a million pieces. It wasn't a heavy bottle or a sharp bottle, just a bottle of nail polish. That tells me that the glass they are using to make this scale is not reinforced in any way. For the price of the scale, I expect it to last more than a couple of months, so I have to change my 5 star review to a 1 star based on the quality of the product itself. I will be contacting the company and will update with their response. Previous Review: No more lying to yourself...this guy tracks you! This scale keeps me honest! If I did not like the number on the scale before this one, I could just ignore it. Now it logs my weight every time I step on, so I see my trends and can make the appropriate changes to my eating/exercise. This scale is great for keeping me on track with my goals.
