Dealing with a nasty case of flu, with double pneumonia & asthma, is no fun whatsoever. I had minimal hope that a simple tea could give me any relief from the bronchospasms (scary stuff!). But within a few minutes of sipping this tea, I felt my breathing ease to a rather remarkable degree & I was able to cough effectively to expel secretions. While the effects were not long lasting, they were real & made a big difference in my level of comfort. As an RN, I tend to be skeptical of over the top claims of many products....this one was a very pleasant surprise & I will try to always keep a supply on hand. Thank you!!
