We've had this bag for about a year now and it gets used heavily and daily. I decided to make the switch to a backpack style after years of tote/purse style diaper bags (been a mother for 12 years) because I had been using a regular backpack while on vacations for my then <2 yo son. I wanted a backpack with stroller straps and outside access to wipes. Well I compromised on the stroller straps but not on the outside wipes access! Pluses: Black material shows no wear and no dirt. Backpack style is great for on-the-go parents. Outer wipes pocket is convenient (really a huge reason I bought this bag) Lots of space for all the kiddie stuff (and parent and older sibling stuff too) seriously I have carried a weekend trip's worth of diapers, wipes, clothing in this bag for my son. All sorts of pockets. There are a TON of pockets both inside and outside on this bag, you can separate to your heart's content. Straps are comfortably padded and adjust down enough to for me (5'3") and up for husband (6'4") comfortably. Inner and outer components wipe clean easily. Nice padded section in center where the bag is against your back. Small top outer access pocket. This is great place to store my phone and keys. Is well padded and keeps them from ending up in the bottom of the diaper bag. Negatives: That wipes container that it comes with? Just toss that. Cheap plastic and wipes will dry out in there. The Huggies Clutch and Clean containers fit into that pocket perfectly. The button on mine broke fairly quickly too (same as other reviewers). The 'changing pad' again crap accessory, I recommend a large travel changing pad. The pockets inside are long and narrow. No stroller straps. This is just FYI: The insulated pocket. Since we were already out of the bottle phase when I bought this it was not a big deal his sippy cups fit in there and a yogurt squeeze. It would be fine for 2 smaller bottles but it will probably only hold 1 larger bottle. The side pocket would hold milk storage bags nicely though. Overall we love this bag. I have owned MANY diaper bags through the years and this is by far my favorite.
