I originally wrote a review warning that these mats are not for outdoor use. Mine filled up with water and I wasn't really sure what to do with them. Today I received a personalized letter and replacement mats. The letter explains that these mats should be of a higher quality, but that is not all I received. We were also sent 2 different mats to try that are better suited for outdoor use and a lovely indoor mat as well. I have dispersed these items throughout my home, inside and out, and am confident the improvement will be noticeable. I could tell instantly that the outdoor mats they sent would work way better than what I had chosen. This is one of the most amazing customer service experiences I have ever had and I am, honestly, still in shock. I absolutely recommend purchasing from Sierra Concepts.
