So let me first start by saying that when I ordered this I may have had 2 martinis at the time and shouldn’t have been shopping let alone ordering things you need to customize. That being said, had I have been sober I wouldn’t have chosen a tag with an embossed cat face on one side and then put print on top of it. That was all my fault lol. So when I got the tags I realized there was a typo on Freddy’s tag. It was my fault I typed it in wrong. When I reached out to the seller not only did they respond super quickly but they offered to redo it for customer satisfaction without me even asking them to. I thanked them because it was my fault not theirs. But I was so impressed with how quickly they responded and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy I had to write a review. Now my Freddy can Prowl the neighborhood with the correct number on her!! Believe me, the neighbors will be calling once she gets out and about this spring! Is it gonna be the absolute best quality product??? No but seriously your spending $3 what do you expect. Do I think it will last my cats that are indoor and outdoor at least a year or 2? Yes as long as they don’t lose their collars. I will absolutely order again!
