This is the BEST for sure. I started taking over-the-counter products for osteoarthritis pain (especially of my left hand and left knee) over 15 years ago at age 70. I got some pain relief and over the next 15 years I kept adding products. First real success was with 1 .a Glucosamine + MSM product 2. then added Instaflex with some more improvement, 3. then tried Turmeric and dropped the Instaflex after several years 4. then added Hydraluronic Acid Complex always improving -- 5. and then I found the Amazon description of this Bi Schwartz product - that was only 3 weeks ago. So, now after 2 weeks of using this product alone, as directed on the label, no other, I can report that this is the most effective arthritis pain relief I have had and I have now put this on regular subscription. Honest, it is hard for me to believe, but it is true. At 85 I can still play violin, viola and cello well enough to play with other people and not get kicked out!
