Great looking toaster that works as expected. Toasts very evenly, and I got perfect color when set to 4. I especially love the reheat function! I also love that the crumb tray pops out when you push it! No more prying it out or having a tray that slides out too easily when you move the toaster. As others have said, the notch for the cord is on the front right side, which is a bit odd. It's great if you're using this toaster to the left of an outlet (like we do). For other locations, the toaster is elevated enough that you can really position the cord wherever you want, so it's not a big deal. The cord is about 31 inches long, and you can wrap any excess under the bottom of the toaster (why can't every appliance have that feature?!).
