It never fails. You see a product on Amazon that has amazing reviews. You buy it and you have I Out of the box, this wig looks amazing. Beautiful full curls, no shedding while running my fingers through it. I was happy until I started to try to style it. Whoever constructed this wig couldn’t care less about the wig. You could see where they stitched the frontal and the back piece together. There was no was of hiding that. It was embarrassing. The customer service for this company is why this review is 5 stars. Emma was amazing. I explained what happened and she fixed the situation with no questions asked. She was friendly and kind. I had to work some magic to make the unit wearable. But the hair is gorgeous. What happened to me isn’t routine so I am sure that any other unit they provide is awesome.
