I ordered five of the runners because my senior age dog is starting to struggle with walking on tile and I wanted to make her more comfortable. I also have two little boys and did not want to spend a a lot in the event something was spilled on a rug. The rugs arrived rolled up in plastic and after unrolling them, remained curled at one end after laying flat for one day. I took another reviewers advice and washed the rugs (in warm water and then dried on low heat for 10 minutes) which helped them lay flat. I’m pleased with these rugs, especially considering the price. Also, color fits in with my decor, which is a plus!
