After a month of cleaning up after my cats fling litter out of the litter pan and into the room I finally gave up and purchased this litter pan which I thought would prevent this from happening. I definitely made the right decision purchasing this litter pan! Originally I purchased one of these litter boxes to replace one of the two litter boxes I have at home, just in case they didn't like using this new taller sided litter box. So I completely cleaned up the room and put this Catit litter box in one corner and my existing litter box in the other, just to see if the cats preferred one over the other and to quantify how much litter was being flung out of each box. I have some of the pictures attached just after 2 days of use, the pictures speck for themselves. Not only did the new Catit cat litter pan stop all the litter from being flung onto the floor/mat, but the cats also seemed to prefer to use this new one more than 3:1 to the old pans. After I saw the results I purchased a second one almost immediately and could not be happier with my decision. After having 2 of these for a few weeks now I could not be happier. They are still containing well over 95% of all the litter my cats seemingly "try" to fling outside the pans. My only regret is not purchasing these litter pans sooner or in the first place. I would highly recommend this litter pan for anyone just getting new cats/kittens or for anyone that already has cats that have issues keeping the litter inside the existing pans.
