I'm loving this stuff. After the first week I noticed huge difference in dry eye syndrome, only need drops once or twice a day compared to six or seven times! Also, my skin looks so much smoother and i'm getting an amazing tan after one month of use. I rescheduled my opthamologist app. for fall to see if it has any effect on cataracts. If so, I will be updating! Update: 11/15/16 Had my appointment at Opthamologist, he didn't even mention my cataracts. This time I had to ask, all he said was you're a long,long way off from surgery. To me that's an improvement since he mentioned them and the possibility of surgery every other time. That's the good, now for the bad! At this dosage, 12mg, this stuff really thins the blood. I stopped using this 2 months ago because it was noted when I went for bloodwork. Today when I went the phlebotomist asked if I was on any blood thinner. I told her about taking this. My blood is thin to begin with, apparently I will have to use at a low dosage! I also had my husband on it and he takes plavix. He started getting an excessive amount of blood bruises on his arm. This is when I put two and two together and did my research. This stuff will thin your blood especially at this dosage! So, buyer beware. I'm not changing my 5 star rating due too this because the product has so many great benefits! I'm just warning those with thin blood or on blood thinners use with caution and at lower dosage! Anyone who feels they need a blood thinner and wants an alternative to pharmaceuticals you may want to consider this!!!
