Not quite what I thought it was, but what it actually IS is pretty awesome
I'm greying and growing out my old blonde color. I *thought* this might take the yellowish tone of the old blonde color out of play. It didn't quite do that (several years... okay, decades ... of L'Oreal Preference might have been too much for it to cut through?). What it DID do, and the reason I'll keep using it, is take the grey that's growing in and remove all the 'dull' from it. What was a mousey dull steel wool is now an amazing silvery / white / stainless steel shine fest. I would never have expected that, but wow, I'm keeping it ; )
