I really like this product and I have a subscription with Amazon to get this delivered regularly. Overall I love the combination of Glucosamine/Chondroitin (which is a very common pill) with Turmeric and Boswelia. This is a unique combination which is very powerful and I have not seen that in any other product. I have arthritis in my knees and taking two of these capsules every day keeps me pain free, and I am quite active. I have one aspect to improve on. It is proven now, that piperien/bioperine (black pepper) helps the body to utilize turmeric much faster and much more efficiently and most turmeric products have some kind of black pepper included to help the body to use the turmeric faster and better. Therefore I wish that the producer of this product would add piperine or bioprene (or any other type of black pepper) to add that additional benefit. Until then I eat one whole pepper corn when I take the pills. I bite on it and chew it to get the oils out and that makes these capsules even more potent. I hope for an updated version which has this added to the capsules. Not sure why any product with turmeric would not have piperine in it since it works best together. Please add it and make this awesome product even better. Thanks for this great product and for keeping my knee pains away.
