I am a 73 year old grandma and have 5 grandkids Also have had triple bypass open-heart surgery and 2 other heart attacks Decided to get myself in shape and ordered the total gym after seeing it on TV look to me like it was something I could use I have had it for a couple weeks been doing it three times a week like they ask you to do following the trailer and I do feel better was stable on my feet It's easy to pull out of my closet and set up I think it's the best thing for me that I've done in a long time also got a bike to ride with my granddaughter Thank u Total Gym.
