This thing is the BOMB!! It came within a week. It has a button on the top that you only have to touch for only a second to get your dogs to stop what they’re doing. I got it to stop my yapping Yorkie to learn what “no bark” means. I quickly learned that all of the dogs (another 2 love to bark at the neighbor’s dog through the fence) responded well to it. There are two settings: 1: stop bad behaviors & 2: protect yourself from a dangerous dog who is charging you. I leave mine on 1. There is no off button, so I keep it in a safe spot to keep from accidentally hitting the button. I love that it has a strap for my wrist and a flashlight. All I really need to do now is just pick it up and all dogs are on their p’s and q’s with behavior. They even come inside immediately where a few of them used to stall and take their time before minding. It’s super light weight. It takes one 9volt rectangular battery. Is it bad that I don’t remember if it came with it? It’s a color that stands out, so I can find it fast. It doesn’t seem to hurt the cat’s ears. It works from across the room (and even through my back door, which has a huge glass pane in it). It doesn’t work for my dog who is hard of hearing. I’ve read reviews that some humans can hear the sound if they hold it up to their ears. I can’t. Get it if you’re tired of bad behaviors. You won’t regret it!! If you watch the video, don’t worry.
