These definitely do what they say and keep the bugs out and off your mattress the only downside is that they are still capable of nesting ON the fabric. We've had our covers since October and we started getting bit again about a month ago. We've treated and retreated everything multiple times till we picked up our box spring and found nests of them between the cover and frame. We are now working diligently to rid ourselves of them again.
