Hibachi I have not been able to find a Hibachi in SE Washington State for the past 3 years. An online search took me to Amazon.com and this Hibachi. It is good quality and the out dated complaint about the painted handles has been corrected. The only problem I had was the left cooking grid was not very stable in the grid support. I sent an email to info@KayHomeProducts.com on Monday evening. Tuesday morning I had an email response from Cathy advising she was shipping me a replacement left cooking grid. I received it in Saturday's mail. Because of the product quality and outstanding customer service I have ordered a 2nd Hibachi to use when we have company and need more cooking service.
