Love It!!!!
I used my NuWave Duet for the 1st time and made fried catfish. It was easy to do and tasted wonderful. The fish was crispy golden brown on the outside and flaky white on the inside. Duet was easy to use after figuring out how to program it. I can't wait to try chicken wings in it next!!!
