Good construction and nice touches such as magnetic latches for holding it together. The wires protrude and you have to plug them into your phones manually, though the aesthetics are definitely a winner in our house: minimal dangling coils of wires. This works very well with multiple devices, we have 2 iphones and 2 ipads (1 mini) and they all fit easily. The biggest concern is trying to minimize the number of adapters - not an issue with this design at all and hence why this is still 5 stars. To solve this, I bought a couple of the Monoprice 4-port USB Wall Charger 4.2A for Apple and Android, Black. That can charge a couple of ipads or 4 phones (2 apple, 2 android-based) on fast charge. Others may have better suggestions, though we needed this organizer to be sitting on a dresser in front of a wall socket (ie. a mass of chargers would have needed to move the dresser out unnaturally). Overall, a great design that works well for the many-device household. Just remember that you don't get cables or chargers with this. Just use what you're already using.
