This footrest is really versatile - I can adjust and readjust to put pressure on different parts of my feet as I sit and work throughout the day. The foam is responsive and comes back to the original shape regularly. I really like that it's lightweight--I can move it around under the desk as I sit at different parts of the desk, I can just grab it with my feet and move it over to where I am. I've washed it once and taking the case off is easy. Putting it back on takes a little effort but since the foam is resilient, I just push and mold how I need it to get back and let the foam adjust once back in the cover. I don't notice any odors and the cover doesn't show dirt easily (I bought black). Highly recommend, especially as so many people start being at home while surviving this pandemic!
