I bought this computer for my husband, this is what he said. " I needed a new laptop for work and leisure. In a brief Amazon search, we found this, and purchased it last week. I am highly satisfied with it's speed. Out of the box, in 15 minutes, it was ready to go. The response of the trackpad and keys is outstanding. It is my first touchscreen, so I am getting used to that. It may not be the lightning speed that some reviewers here have complained about , but for personal home office use, this HP laptop is excellent. "
