I bought this sage at the beginning of my spiritual journey and heard it to be great in aiding my journey from Youtube videos and other research. I could physically feel a difference in the spaces around me after cleansing my room and allowing the incense the make its way throughout my house. However, a year after buying this, I'm just now learning that white sage is endangered from nonnatives buying and selling it. This is an overharvested and sacred plant to Natives Americans and should not be practiced or used by people who are not Native American or have Native American descent. I wish I knew this before I ever bought it and I wish New Age spiritualists would stop encouraging others to buy it. If you want to spiritually cleanse, use something like palo santo, florida water, etc. and just do research on whatever is best for you.
