Great pillow. You might need another one underneath.
My husband has a fused vertebrae and his neck is always killing him. This pillow has helped a great deal. He is also very, very broad shouldered and sleeps on his side so he does need another pillow under this pillow. That combination has really helped his neck and greatly reduced his constant pain.
