I bought the griddle for my husband for Farher's Day who loves going to the local tempanaki restaurant. I purchased it mainly to use on my 5 burner gas stovetop so I bought the larger one. It fits perfectly. It worked great. My hubby loves it. The food tasted very similar as what you get in the restaurant. We've since made French toast, bacon and egg breakfast as well as grilled chicken breast. My hubby can't stop raving about how much he loves it. The construction is a very heavy and durable stainless steel. It has not bowed or dented. The bottom is coated with what looks like a fire retardant spray so it does not turn black from the flame. I would highly recommend this griddle. There is no end to what you can cook on it. Well worth the price. A+
