We just opened this product and so far, it’s great! Instructions were very easy for set up and the print quality is nice. You have the option to set up via your mobile device or computer through the HP Smart App. I did the set up from my iPhone and it walked me through everything step by step. We are using this printer for our kids school work, personal and some business, but no heavy printing. If your need is similar, I recommend this product. We have not opted in the ink program yet but it didn’t force me to. Hope this helps! :) Update: I opted into the ink program and love it. It seems to be a big savings on ink and it’s nice that the cartridges are shipped when we need them. It’s been a few months now and I’m still very happy with this printer.
