Overall this is an excellent mask! It's a great upgrade from the normal BNX KN95 masks for higher protection and a better seal. This is accomplished by changing from ear loops to over-the-head straps which securely seal the mask to your face and give it a higher rating. This mask is super comfortable and I'm happy to wear it all day. The main drawback is that the inside of the mask can get pretty moist/wet from your breath since it's not a valved mask (valved masks of course don't protect others, so assuming you're using this for COVID, then this is something we get to deal with). The only other tip is around the metal nose band. Since these ship flat, the metal band had a hard fold in the middle. When I grab a new mask, I first flatten out the band completely, then make the fold wide enough for the bridge of my nose and long enough so that it presses up against my cheek for a good seal. Once you get the hang of this method, then all the BNX masks will fit like a charm. I own several different types and they are my daily-use masks!
