If you're on windows and are having trouble using the mouse on Bluetooth (pointer skipping frames, unresponsive, etc.) do this:
1. Open the device manager
2. Expand 'Bluetooth'
3. Right click your Bluetooth controller (in my case it was 'Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)') and click 'Properties'
4. Click the last tab called 'Power Management'
5. Un-tick the 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power'
That's it. The mouse will work perfectly. It will still turn off after awhile but that's normal and needed for battery purposes.
